Bus Information

BUS FROM NYC TO ITHACA 

If you are joining us from one of the NYC campuses, transportation will be provided. On December 12th, a Swarthout Bus will be departing at 7:00 AM from 1300 York Avenue, New York, NY 10065 (Weill Cornell Medicine), arriving approximately at 11AM at the Statler Hotel located at 130 Statler Dr, Ithaca, NY 14853. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early as the bus will depart promptly.

BUS FROM ITHACA TO NYC

Transportation will be provided for those returning to NYC. On December 13th, a Swarthout Bus will depart at 5:00 PM from the Statler Hotel located at 130 Statler Dr, Ithaca, NY 14853 and arrive at approximately 11:00 PM at 1300 York Avenue, New York, NY 10065 (Weill Cornell Medicine).

Hotel Information

If you are joining us from the Weill Cornell or Cornell Tech campuses in NYC, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Statler Hotel located at 130 Statler Dr, Ithaca, NY 14853. The chartered bus will both arrive at and leave from the Statler Hotel. Information on how to book your hotel room will be provided upon registration.

Faculty/staff members and student volunteers will be prioritized for housing.
